Marc Garrison, President
As President, Marc has positioned Private Holding Group (PHG) for continued success as one of Chicago’s premier real estate management firm. Marc has successfully led the takeover and management of hundreds of residential units and condominium conversions. He has over 12 years of business experience in real estate, banking, retail management, and consulting. Prior to joining PHG, Marc was a member of the management team for an operations improvement consulting firm in Chicago. Charged with developing and implementing improvements to work processes, technology, and organization design, he and his teams saved millions of dollars for corporations throughout the country.

Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Marquette University and a Masters of Business Administration degree with concentrations in management and finance from the University of Notre Dame. Marc is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois and managing broker of Private Holding Brokerage

Brooks Harding, Vice President
As Vice President, Brooks focuses on partnering with clients to develop and implement customized property management solutions.

Brooks brings over 10 of experience in business planning and development, marketing, financial analysis, and real estate development. Brooks is an expert in condominium management for new construction properties. Prior to joining PHG, Brooks was a Manager of Land Acquisition and Planning for a multi-million dollar developer of residential communities.

Brooks graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University and a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in corporate finance from the University of Notre Dame.
